Aglianico is a type of grape brought over by the Greeks, whose name of “Hellenic Grape” was transformed, during the Kingdom of Naples, into “Aglianico grape” by the Aragonese, bacause of their pronunciation of the double “l” in “gl”.

Ruby red in color.

香氣/花束

The nose develops aromas of flowers, mineral sensations of earth, spices, tobacco, leather with its good acidity.

味道

The taste is full bodied, very tannic, long finish.

Pairing

Excellent with aged cheeses, lamb, pork, buffalo, filet, game.
