One of the classics of the great winery tradition from Verona, made by Masi in a contemporary style. This Valpolicella Classico, praised by Hemingway as "as friendly as the house of a favourite brother", is made in an elegant style full of simplicity and freshness. Made in the Valpolicella Classico area from a blend using the traditional grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.

Intense with ripe cherry aromas.

味道

Fresh and acidic, together with soft and silky tannins. Cherries are the dominant flavour, with hints of vanilla.

Pairing

Typically versatile and good for all courses. Excellent with soups, pasta and risotto. Enhances both simple food and more complicated dishes based on red meat and medium-aged cheeses.

瑪斯的歷史開始於十八世紀後期，當家裡買的Boscaini“的Vaio棣瑪斯”久負盛名的葡萄園上的Valpolicella的山丘。公司已逐步擴大，在最好的威尼斯歷史產區後續收購。除其他事項外，管理的Valpolicella罵死首富在歷史上，這些孔蒂Serego阿利吉耶，誰從1353屬於詩人但丁的後代並且還聯手公司30博西Fedrigotti的歷史記載的葡萄園。今天罵死的產品目前在全球60多個國家，出口份額超過產量的88％。
