收成	By hand, at the end of September with careful selection of the grapes, which are then transported to the winery in crates. The harvest of Syrah and Petit Verdot takes place in mid-October.
釀造	Fermentation occurs in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maceration is conducted for 15 days with frequent pumping-over and punching-down.
