Fattoria Selvapiana Chianti Rufina Bucerchiale Riserva 2020

This is Selvapiana’s flagship wine destined for long ageing, to best represent the character and quality of Rufina’s and Selvapiana’s Sangiovese. Bucerchiale was first produced in 1979 and is produced only in the best vintages.

顏色

Deep ruby red.

香氣/花束

It has cherry, redcurrant and violet notes, well integrated with elegant notes of tobacco, leather and wood. Hints of vanilla and cedar wood due to oak ageing.

味道

Pure, full-bodied and fleshy, with a solid structure and fine tannins. The balanced acidity, typical of Chianti wines, gives a remarkable juicy texture.

It pairs with duck, lamb, pork, and wild boar.
