The medieval Stomennano borgo's timeless appeal is well protected by ancient walls of the neighboring town of Monteriggioni. This red, produced with sangiovese, colorino and merlot grapes has a rich red color, spicy and harmonious bouquet, with round and enveloping flavor.

Deep ruby red with violet hues.

Complex and harmonious with a lovely spicy note and a hint of red jam on the finish.

味道

Velvety and with good body, it reveals dense, austere tannins; finish is enveloping with a lightly toasted note.

Pair with pasta and rice dishes with meat-based sauces including baked pasta such as lasagne and cannelloni; grilled red meats, typical Tuscan dishes, cold-cuts and charcuterie.
